Congratulations to the Albany HS track & field teams tonight in the conference meet at UW Platteville. Both the girls and boys teams had multiple individual champions and place finishers. A highlight for the night was the ALBANY BOYS TRACK TEAM was crowned CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS for 2024!

Several high school Spanish students have been teaching mini-lessons to 4K students. Today they shared some pinata fun with the group. All had a great time and made great connections!

The Juda-Albany HS softball game for tonight vs. Iowa-Grant has been canceled due to field conditions.
Fifth graders traveled to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Discovery Building and participated in some awesome science, hands-on experiences. They learned just how small small is and a bit about stem cells and attempted to create new cells.

The Albany School District would like to congratulate Albany senior Myah Johnson on her recent softball commitment signing to Loras College in Iowa. Myah is a four-year starting catcher for the Juda-Albany HS softball team. Myah signed her commitment on April 22nd following a home game vs. Argyle-Black Hawk. Congratulations Myah and good luck with your future softball endeavors!


The Monticello-Albany HS baseball game that was scheduled to be played at South Wayne Community Park has been moved to Argyle HS due to poor field conditions in South Wayne. Please spread the word to all baseball players and families.
Seven Juniors from Albany recently participated in Green County Government Day. Students throughout the county, learned about county government and met some of the personnel. Thanks to the American Legion and the Green County Veterans Service Office for sponsoring this event.
