7th Grade Science students made volcanoes and are ready for their "elephant toothpaste" explosions as part of their Chemistry unit.
The Second Semester Confectionary Arts Class squeezed in a short field trip today. It was one last high school field trip for the seniors in the class. A couple extra AHS seniors found us at Stella's Bakery!? They must have followed the aroma of the fresh out of the oven Spicy Cheese Bread😊 Everyone got their fill of sugar today from sampling many cookies and cupcakes!
Our bus drivers LOVE popsicles and we LOVE them!
Go Comets!!
This school year, 7th and 8th graders have been introduced to over 70 different books in ELA class through our weekly Book Trailer Tuesday and First Chapter Friday video. Today, students were surprised with a special shout-out from Amanda Zieba, our First Chapter Friday host.
The Foods Classes made 39 perfect coffee cakes for the Green County Dairy Breakfast. Plan to attend the breakfast this Saturday at the DeVoe Farm outside Juda! You might just get served a piece of delicious coffee cake made by our students!
