2nd graders measured with 1,000 clips to see how far the chain would reach. We didn't have quite enough to get back to our classroom from the end of the hallway.

Students in Ancient History just began their unit on Ancient China. We started by taking a look at Lunar New Year traditions in China and around the world. Students were able to make different Lunar New Year crafts (2025 is the Year of the Snake) or research the different traditions.

One of the benefits of a K-12 building is that siblings can work together to learn! The 3rd graders joined with 8th graders in Exploratory Spanish to learn about cognates and animals in Spanish.

THANK YOU! We deeply appreciate our partnership with local and county law enforcement, as well as first responders. Their collaboration is essential in ensuring a safe environment for everyone in our district. Today, we extend our sincere gratitude to the Albany Fire Department, Albany EMS, Albany Police Department, and Green County Sheriff's Department for their support during our safety drill. A total of 17 emergency personnel were on-site, working alongside our staff and students to enhance our preparedness and safety measures. Thank you for your dedication to our community!
